Taiwan’s iconic bubble tea brand Gong Cha has officially named Felix, a member of the K-pop sensation Stray Kids, as its new global brand ambassador.
This strategic collaboration kicks off with a dynamic brand campaign launching in South Korea this June, followed by an expansion into the United States.
According to Gong Cha, Felix’s genuine love for bubble tea and his personal connection with the brand make him the ideal figure to lead the global marketing charge. His role will center on elevating the brand’s visibility through high-impact campaigns that showcase Gong Cha’s popular beverages.
This partnership is part of Gong Cha’s broader move to strengthen its connection with Gen Z audiences through culturally engaging and trend-driven marketing efforts. Prior to this, the brand also partnered with Line Friends Minini and Final Fantasy XIV, tapping into fandoms to introduce its teas to new markets.
By teaming up with Felix, Gong Cha aims to blend pop culture with its premium tea offerings, further securing its position as a favorite among the new generation of global bubble tea lovers.
