HEYTEA Reveals Ancient Coin Inspiration Behind Iconic Logo

HEYTEA, the beloved milk tea chain, has finally spilled the tea on the inspiration behind its iconic logo, much to the delight of fans.

The logo, featuring a cartoon sketch of a head tilting at an angle to drink tea, has long been associated with the popular brand, often dubbed the Starbucks of China.

Through a post on their official Instagram account, HEYTEA shared that the design of the logo is rooted in ancient relics, specifically the side profiles seen on old coins.

The 45-degree tilt in the logo symbolizes the act of drinking their signature Cheese Tea, while the clean lines reflect a sense of timelessness and inclusivity.

In their caption, the brand explained, “Our logo is inspired by the side profiles found on ancient coins. The 45-degree tilt mirrors the gesture of enjoying our original Cheese Tea, and the simple lines speak to timelessness and inclusiveness.

Our logo variations celebrate creativity and inspiration, incorporating elements from the city, brand, and IP into its design. The result is a distinctive and collectible logo that resonates with both fans and consumers.”

This revelation deepens the connection between HEYTEA and its passionate fanbase, adding an extra layer of history and creativity to the brand’s identity.
