Presotea, a well-known bubble tea shop in Irvine, was temporarily closed on June 3, 2025, following a health inspection by the Orange County Health Care Agency.
The inspection revealed multiple violations, including a cockroach infestation near the boba preparation area.
Other issues included grime buildup, improperly stored cleaning cloths, deteriorating caulking, and unsanitary food packaging placement. The closure followed a customer complaint, and the agency will conduct a follow-up inspection to confirm all corrections.
