Boca Raton’s beloved milk tea and specialty beverage hub, The Seed, is welcoming spring with a colorful lineup of globally inspired drinks that go far beyond your average bubble tea.
Known for blending innovation with aesthetics, The Seed’s limited-edition spring menu is a celebration of pastel hues, collagen-infused foams, and bold international flavors — making it a must-visit for milk tea lovers and drink explorers alike.
This season, matcha takes center stage, but with a modern twist. The Seed introduces three standout milk tea-style drinks:
The Lavender Matcha, topped with floral lavender cold foam
The Blueberry Matcha, a dreamy blend of butterfly pea flower and blueberry puree
And the Blue Lotus, a visually stunning latte combining butterfly pea flower, coconut milk, and a sweet vanilla-collagen cold foam — available in both matcha and espresso versions for flavor flexibility.
For fans of unique ingredients, The Seed also spotlights the Ube Latte, inspired by the rich flavors of the Philippines and made with vibrant sweet potato milk.
The menu wouldn’t be complete without a caffeine-free option, and the Strawberry-Rosewater Refresher fits the bill — a sparkling, blush-pink lemonade with strawberries and rose-flavored carbonated water that’s as refreshing as it is Instagram-worthy.
The Seed operates two Boca Raton locations: one at 100 W. Palmetto Park Road E and another at 1449 Yamato Road, Suite 1. The spring collection is available through June 19, giving locals and visitors a limited window to sip their way through this seasonal showcase of milk tea innovation.
