Vancouver’s Yaletown just welcomed a refreshing destination for tea lovers and health-conscious foodies alike.
The newly opened 123Dough Organic Café is more than just a spot for wholesome eats—it’s also home to a specialty milk tea collaboration with 8 Corners Tea Room, a brand known for its commitment to organic, artisanal brews.
Located at 1010 Hamilton Street, 123Dough officially opened its doors on June 14, offering a menu that emphasizes clean, nutrient-rich ingredients. Think smoothies, acai bowls, and sourdough-based open-faced sandwiches.
But what’s generating extra buzz is the café’s partnership with 8 Corners Tea Room, bringing an elevated organic tea experience to the heart of downtown Vancouver.
Tea lovers can now enjoy a curated selection of cold brew teas, with standout options like the Matcha Black Latte (a blend of black matcha, maple syrup, and organic or non-dairy milk) and the Sparkling Grapefruit, which combines cold brew green tea with grapefruit and sparkling water.
For the more adventurous palate, tea tasting flights allow customers to explore a range of 8 Corners’ signature organic blends.
The café also teased new items “coming soon,” including guilt-free desserts and sourdough noodles, aligning with its ethos that “good food doesn’t need to be complicated—just real.”
With this launch, 123Dough and 8 Corners Tea Room are setting a new standard for Vancouver’s café scene—where organic milk tea meets minimalist, health-forward dining.
