Tram Cream Coffee, a rapidly expanding Vietnamese cafe chain known for its distinctive milk teas and traditional coffee creations, has opened its first Sacramento location, marking its sixth store in California and first outside the Bay Area.
Located at 6829 Stockton Blvd. Suite 395 in the Stockton Square shopping center, the new cafe introduces Sacramento to Tram’s signature offerings, including their celebrated salted cream coffee and avocado milk tea.
Tram Cream Coffee is renowned for using the phin filter technique—a slow-drip brewing process that produces a strong, soulful coffee.
Their menu features unique beverages such as the Egg Coffee, which combines phin-filtered coffee with condensed milk, heavy cream, coffee jelly, and Tram’s special egg cream. The salted cream coffee, another standout, mixes phin-filtered coffee with milk, condensed milk, coffee jelly, and Tram’s own salted cream topping.
In addition to these coffee specialties, Tram Cream Coffee offers a variety of milk teas, including the popular avocado milk tea and a house special milk tea made with honey boba, grass jelly, and coffee jelly. The cafe also serves cold brew fruit teas, smoothies, and Vietnamese-inspired snacks like Banh Mi Bo Kho and ube coconut cookies.
Prices for drinks range from $4.50 to $8.75 depending on size and type, with additional toppings available. Food items vary from $3.50 for snacks to $14.75 for main dishes.
Tram Cream Coffee already operates five other locations in California, including multiple spots in San Jose and one in Garden Grove. Sacramento’s new cafe continues the brand’s mission to offer a unique fusion of traditional Vietnamese coffee culture and modern beverage innovation to a broader audience.
